Washington Brick and Mortar Casinos

The state of Washington provides a selection of casino and gambling options. Many Washington casinos owned by local Native American bands are cleverly located close to thoroughfares or cities. Twenty-seven Washington casinos are run in American Indian lands. All of Washington’s casinos provide slot machine games, roulette, chemin de fer, craps, and electronic poker. Other table games, such as punto banco, poker in a variety of forms, off-track betting, keno, and bingo are available at a few casinos. The gaming age differs by casino, with a few approving of gambling at 18, and others not until 21. A couple of other casinos operate in Washington, as well, like card rooms, or so-called mini-casinos. There are many horse tracks in Washington, and wagering is available at all of them.
24 of Washington’s 27 tribal casinos also provide an electronic form of scratch off lotto tickets. These coin-operated machines have a $5 limit and operate using cards purchased at the casino, instead of cash. The min pay out on these machines is legally seventy five percent, set by the state. Washington casinos are not legally obligated to report pay outs on slot machines.
Washington casinos vary from small freestanding operations to big get-a-ways with hotels, places to eat, spas, and shows. Some of the Washington casinos with resorts would make a good home base for a longer vacation, allowing you to experience the natural beauty of Washington state and make day excursions into large cities for sightseeing. Las Vegas type shows and entertainment are presented at some Washington casinos.
Washington’s wagering rules allow for an adequate amount of leeway with regard to authorized gambling in Washington casinos, as well as allowing for charitable wagering. Web wagering, however, is prohibited in Washington and is a class C felony. Net horse wagering is permitted in some circumstances. No cost or practice money net wagering remains approved. Washington casinos did not speak up on the new rules, certainly because they clearly stand to benefit from them.
Washington casinos can be a fun diversion or day trip for Washington citizens, a great way to have a night on the town, or an interesting stop on a Washington trip. Why, one of the many Washington casino vacation destinations might even be a holiday in itself. Washington’s gambling rules allow for exciting, approved, gambling all over the state in each of the many fine Washington casinos, so you’re sure to discover one you will love, it doesn’t matter if you prefer the nickel slots or high-stakes poker.
