Don’t Have an Alcoholic Beverage … Play!
by Cassius on Nov.27, 2020, under Casino
If you enjoy having a a drink every so often, keep your cash out of the casino if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your pocketbook, your money belt, and keep all cash, credit cards and cheques at home. Only take whatever money you intend to spend on refreshments, tips and whatever pocket change you intend to throw away and keep the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not really. Just realistic. You may well have a profit following a boozy night out with your acquaintances and be lucky enough to hook a 25 minute roll at a hot craps game. Hang on to that story because it is as brief as it gets if you continually consume alcohol and wager. These activities just don’t go well together.
Leaving your moolah back at the hotel might be a tiny bit drastic, but defensive measures for dramatic actions is necessary. If you gamble to profit, then don’t drink alcohol and bet. If you are able to afford to throw away your cash without a concern, then consume all the no charge beer you are able to handle, but don’t carry charge cards and checkbooks to toss into the mix of going after squanderings after your drunk as a skunk self throws away everything!
Allow me to carry this one step more. Don’t drink and then hop on to the internet to gamble in your favorite casino either. I enjoy a beer from the coziness of my domicile, however due to the fact that I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit at my fingertips, I can’t drink alcohol and gamble.
Why? Although I don’t drink to excess, when I consume alcohol, it is certainly adequate to blur my better judgment. I bet, so I do not drink alcohol when betting. If you are more of a drinker, don’t bet at the same time. Both make for a decimating, and expensive, cocktail.
